Afrobeats sensation Wendy Shay has announced that her dispute with Bullet and Ruff Town Records has been amicably resolved.
Last month, Bullet, the CEO of Ruff Town Records, discussed the disagreement during an interview with Class FM, clarifying that while there was tension, Wendy Shay was not leaving the label. The conflict centered around a 360 record deal, which Bullet had found unsatisfactory.
Wendy Shay recently addressed the issue, stating, “I had a problem with Bullet, but some elders stepped in, and the issue has been resolved. I am now working with Bullet again.”

With the intervention of key figures in the industry, the differences have been settled, and Wendy Shay is back to making music under Ruff Town Records, marking a fresh chapter in her career with the label.
