Ahenkro, Ashanti Region– Celebrated actor and comedian Kwadjo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has spoken out in response to the backlash he faced after a tragic accident in May that claimed the life of a 3-year-old boy.

Speaking at the speech and prize-giving ceremony of his Great Minds International School, Lil Win expressed his distress over the harsh criticisms directed at him.

 

During his address, Lil Win reflected on the incident, emphasizing that he has always conducted himself honorably and has never wronged anyone. “People have called me proud and disrespectful, but I have never fought with anyone or stolen from anyone in Ghana,” he said. “There is no reason for me to intentionally orchestrate an accident that could kill me.”

Lil Win also took the opportunity to highlight his philanthropic endeavors, particularly his investment in education through the establishment of Great Minds International School. He announced the construction of a new school building nearby to accommodate the increasing number of students. “Good deeds get good rewards,” he stated. “Several years from now, I hope to hear an MP say that they received their education from the school I built.”

Expressing gratitude to the parents who have entrusted their children’s education to his school, Lil Win added, “May God bless everyone, especially those who sent their children to my school. Due to the overflow of students, I have built another school just two minutes from the first building to contain more students.”

 

Lil Win’s speech underscored his dedication to making a positive impact through education and his desire to be remembered for his good deeds. Despite the recent challenges, he remains committed to his mission of providing quality education and supporting the community.
