The “Shape of You” and “Perfect” hitmaker, known for his heartfelt lyrics and soulful voice, attributed his romantic experiences to his career in music. Sheeran’s openness about his private life has always intrigued fans, and this latest admission provides a new perspective on the impact of his fame.

Sheeran’s romantic history includes a well-documented relationship with Scottish singer Nina Nesbitt in 2012, who inspired his songs “Nina” and “Photograph.” In 2014, he dated Athina Andrelos, who was the muse for his Grammy-winning track “Thinking Out Loud.” However, the relationship ended in February 2015.
In July 2015, Sheeran began dating his childhood friend Cherry Seaborn. Their relationship blossomed over the years, leading to their engagement in January 2018 and marriage in 2019. Cherry has been the inspiration for several of Sheeran’s songs, including the romantic ballad “Perfect.”
