‎Afropop star Wendy Shay has showered praises on Shatta Wale for what she describes as a rare act of kindness in the music scene.

‎According to her, Shatta Wale willingly handed over all his mechanical rights on their joint songs “Stevie Wonder” and “H.I.T” to her label, Rufftown Records.

‎“I witnessed something yesterday and I still cannot believe it. @shattawalegh gave all his Mechanical Rights on my songs Stevie Wonder and H.I.T. to Rufftown Records,” Wendy Shay posted. “I don’t know how many people can show such kindness in this industry. A king for a reason. More blessings King. #SM4LIFE.”
