Award-winning Ghanaian artist Mr Drew is redefining live entertainment with his latest event — Skate Jamz, a two-day roller-skating and music festival hosted at Ghud Park in Accra.
The event, which ran over the weekend, attracted hundreds of youth, influencers, and celebrities who came to enjoy skating, dance performances, and Mr Drew’s energetic stage acts.
Speaking to fans, the “Case” hitmaker said,
“I wanted to create something different — something that fuses music with lifestyle. Skate Jamz is just the beginning.”
Social media has been buzzing with videos from the event, showing fans skating to Afrobeats and amapiano tunes under colorful lights.
Entertainment critics believe this could mark the start of a new trend in Ghana’s nightlife — combining fitness, fun, and sound.
