Okyeame Kwame has shared his thoughts on the Shatta Wale Lamborghini saga, stressing that the incident should serve as a serious reminder for car buyers in Ghana to always confirm the background of vehicles before purchasing.
Speaking on the Fakye Showbiz program, the “Rap Doctor” explained that many people, himself included, have bought cars off the streets without verifying their history — a risky practice that can easily land someone in trouble.
“We all buy cars from the streets, especially if it is not from the showroom. So this can happen to anyone. I’ve learned from this. From now on, if I buy a car, I’ll make sure to check the history to see if it’s stolen or not,” he said.
Okyeame Kwame, however, sympathized with Shatta Wale, saying he could only imagine how uncomfortable the experience must have been. “Spending a night in a cell is no joke, especially for someone living in Trasacco. I really feel bad for him and I pray he is found not guilty after the investigations,” he added.
