Ghanaian music icon Shatta Wale has reportedly suffered a major business blow, losing a $2 million distribution deal for his much-anticipated Voice of the Crown EP.
The revelation came from Shatta Movement PRO, Sammy Flex, who expressed frustration in a Facebook post over how negative stories have affected the camp’s business prospects.
“Damn! Now these reports circulating online are disturbing business after this 2million dollar distribution deal of the Voice of the Crown EP fell out. I am getting worried Chaley!!!” he wrote.
Shatta Wale, however, responded with calm and faith, assuring fans that the project will push through despite the setback.
“Say no more Boss, Epain we all but God deh… Stay strong #GODISHERE. #VOTCEP will still fly no matter what man go do,” he said.
The news surfaces amid an ongoing EOCO investigation involving a Lamborghini Urus seized from the artiste. Authorities allege the luxury vehicle was purchased with funds from multi-million-dollar scams orchestrated by convicted Ghanaian-American fraudster Nana Kwabena Amuah.
