Ghanaian musician Mr Drew has revealed plans to add acting to his creative portfolio this year. The ‘Mood’ hitmaker shared his intentions during an interview with AJ Sarpong on 3FM’s 3Lounge, where he expressed his passion for the craft.
Having studied Theatre Arts at the university, Mr Drew admitted that if not for music, he would have pursued a career in acting and dancing.
“Yes, that’s something I’m even considering this year. So, you will see Mr Drew on your screens,” he confidently stated.

Beyond acting, Mr Drew also hinted at his growing interest in directing music videos. He explained that he actively participates in shaping the visual concepts of his projects and hopes to take full control of his videos in the future.
“Usually, I look at what a director is bringing on board and suggest changes based on my vision. I always see myself directing my music videos in the future,” he noted.
The multi-talented entertainer recently dropped his EP The Loverboy and is now looking forward to expanding his influence in the entertainment industry through film.
